A Career Built for the International Stage

After earning a degree in business management in Montpellier, Nadia moved to Paris to pursue a master’s in international business. Her entry into Kalstein? Almost natural.
“I started as an intern at the end of my studies, it went well, so I decided to continue.”
A signed contract, quickly gained responsibilities, and a progression that speaks for itself.

The Daily Life of an International Sales Representative

Coordinating sales in the European market, creating customized offers, managing CRM, reporting, and above all, multilingual negotiations in French, English, and Spanish. All of this is punctuated by daily team meetings and, every morning, an oat milk latte. Essential, apparently.
What excites her most about her job? The moment everything clicks.
“I love the adrenaline of negotiating and that feeling after closing a deal. Wow, I made a deal! The whole process is rewarding.”

Resilience and Composure

Among her notable challenges: a negotiation with a distributor in New Zealand, complicated by time zone differences and a partner not comfortable with digital tools. Or managing an urgent delivery delay with logistics under customer pressure.
“The most important thing is to always stay calm and communicate.”

Victories That Matter

Her proudest moment: winning a tender in Morocco after months of negotiations, allowing Kalstein to deliver essential medical equipment.
But it’s another story that remains engraved in her memory. A client came to seek a wheelchair for his injured mother; a worried son, far from large institutions and distributors used to the process. Nadia took the time to negotiate internally on price and assist the client throughout the entire process.
“Exchanges like that remind you why this job makes sense.”
